Coconut Chia Pudding

From My Kitchen to Your Journey

After three decades behind of experience in many kitchens, I’ve come to appreciate that good food isn’t just about taste — it’s about how it makes you feel long after the last bite.

This recipe is a reflection of that philosophy. It’s simple, clean, and built with ingredients that support both physical health and mental clarity. Whether you’re just getting started on your wellness journey or looking for consistency in your routine, this pudding is a small step with big returns.

🔍 Chef’s Insight:

This dish is about balance — creamy, lightly sweet, with warm notes from the cinnamon and vanilla. It’s elegant in its simplicity. You’re not just tossing ingredients into a bowl; you’re making a choice to fuel your body with intention.

🧠 Nutritional Breakdown — Why It Works:

Chia Seeds: Loaded with fiber, omega-3s, and plant protein. These little seeds help regulate digestion and keep your energy steady — ideal for anyone juggling work, family, or change.

Coconut Milk: Rich in MCTs, a type of fat your body burns efficiently. It also adds creaminess that makes this feel indulgent without any compromise.

Maple Syrup: A smarter way to satisfy sweet cravings. It brings flavor without the crash that comes from refined sugars.

Cinnamon & Vanilla: These aren’t filler ingredients — they support blood sugar balance and bring warmth, comfort, and depth.

🗣 Coach’s Note:

If you want to create real, lasting change — in your health, mindset, or lifestyle — it starts with what you do daily. This recipe isn’t just about food. It’s about creating structure, pleasure, and self-respect in your routine.

Consistency beats intensity every time. So make this a go-to. Not just for the flavor — but for the version of yourself you’re becoming.
