Very simple and easy to make health dip.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Plain Yogurt Preferrably Homemade
  • ½ tsp Granulated Garlic
  • ½ tsp Dill Fresh or Dried
  • Salt & Pepper

Equipment

  • Measuring Spoons
  • Spoon
  • Bowl

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the yogurt, garlic, and dill.
  2. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes if you want the flavors to mingle like old friends (optional but recommended).
  5. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or use as a spread for wraps and sandwiches.
